Do Not Bring Cannabis or THC Products Back to Hong Kong

Certain countries or jurisdictions have legalized or decriminalized cannabis for recreational use.  Cannabis as well as products containing tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) such as candies, snacks, coffee, alcoholic beverages, skin and hair products, etc. may be available in the country or area you are living in, whether legal or otherwise.  Please be reminded that cannabis and products containing THC are dangerous drugs in Hong Kong.  It is an offence under Hong Kong laws to bring dangerous drugs into Hong Kong without authorization.  The maximum penalty of trafficking dangerous drugs is life imprisonment and a fine of HK$5 million.
