Berkeley Art Museum and Pacific Film Archive (BAMPFA) is co-presenting “Existence is Longing: Wong Kar-wai” film series with the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office in San Francisco. The 4K digital restoration of Wong’s films will be available online December 11, 2020 through February 28, 2021.
The seven-film retrospective is a celebration of the Hong Kong auteur’s contribution to contemporary world cinema. The films available are AS TEARS GO BY, CHUNGKING EXPRESS, DAYS OF BEING WILD, FALLEN ANGELS, HAPPY TOGETHER, IN THE MOOD FOR LOVE, and THE HAND. See details here |
