The Hong Kong Tourism Board’s WinterFest is back, and this time it’s bigger and better than ever. Featuring the towering Christmas tree, garlands and colourful displays, the Art Park at West Kowloon Cultural District will be transformed into a Christmas Town from now to January 1, 2023.
